Hello – My name is David Roselle. I am a resident of Water Island, USVI, and a Real Estate Agent for Stryker Real Estate. Water Island is a 491 acre residential island, just off St. Thomas, near the capital city of Charlotte Amalie. For thirty years, I enjoyed a career as a General Contractor in the States. Upon my retirement, with my three grown daughters scattered around the country starting their own lives, I wanted to experience the Caribbean lifestyle and, after extensive travel throughout the islands, my wife and I decided on Water Island for our new home. We bought a home here in 2008 and have never looked back. I wanted to stay connected to buildings and construction, but I knew that I didn’t want to continue in the hectic, high pressure environment of a building contractor, so real estate was an attractive way to continue to use my knowledge and experience.
